Tortilla chips with salsa, taco and fajita bar, (seasoned shredded beef and chicken strips, peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, black olives, shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream) tortilla shells, Spanish rice, cinnamon nachos and coffee or lemonade.


Chinese New Year

Garlic beef, teriyaki chicken, white rice, stir fried veggies, egg rolls, oriental salad, fresh fruit, fortune cookies and hot or iced tea.


Italian

Pasta Alfredo, lasagna, bruschetta chicken, Caesar salad, antipasto salad, garlic bread, biscotti and coffee or milk.
